We often forget to take care of ourselves or make our own health a priority, remember to take some time for yourself, think about yourself, and do what makes you happy. My suggestions? Read a book–Celeste Ng’s “Little Fires Everywhere” is a great read, Listen to some tunes and get inspired to create- Gallant’s Cave Me In  is an excellent suggestion, OR my favorite- WritingWrite about your experiences, struggles, and triumphs. 

Whatever you decide, make sure that you’re prioritizing yourself and your health.
